QVC Beauty Bash!!!

The Beauty Bash is an annual beauty event that brings together some of QVC’s most popular on-air products! We were lucky enough to get tickets for one of the events! It made for a great overnight "Girls Getaway" to Pennsylvania! It was so much fun!

Rock of Ages!

The West Point Women's Club took a trip to Broadway to see Rock of Ages! We had so much fun! The 80's rock musical was fantastic! We had so much fun singing and rocking out to the music!

Happy Easter!

We started off our Easter weekend by dying eggs with friends! This is just one of the many traditions with the Wilkison's that I am going to miss when we move! It was much too cold to dye the eggs outside so we set up inside this year! John & Brady...

Once the kids are tired of dying eggs, Brooke & I finish up making sure all the eggs have a nice vibrant color to them! Another tradition I will miss!

Aggie Muster

The last three years I have attended Aggie Muster here at West Point. That first year was heart wrenching answering 'Here' as they called out Justin Michael Lynch. The Roll Call honors Aggies that have fallen since the last Muster roll was read. As the names are read, a friend or family member answers 'Here', and a candle is lit to symbolize that while those Aggies are not present in body, they will forever remain with us in Aggie Spirit.

4 knitting classes later and I can knit! I think this is a talent that I will need living in Fort Drum, NY!!! I am pretty sure you can wear knit hats year round there!

My first hat was for Katie! I am so proud of how it turned out!

My third hat is for my Luke Bear! I am in the process of making one for John. His going to be navy with green stripes!
I am not sure if I will ever make anything other than hats, but for know I am enjoying knitting hats for my babes!

Happy 3rd Birthday Luke!

My sweet little boy is growing up so quickly! It seems like he was a newborn just yesterday!

Katie and John are just as excited to be your big sister and brother as they were 3 years ago! Luke on his 1st Birthday! He wasn't too sure about the cupcake!

We celebrated Luke's 3rd Birthday at home! He opened his presents first thing in the morning on his Birthday! He was excited to ride his Super Quad!

My little "Luke Bear" is such an sweet, easy going, lovable little boy! I hope he never grows out of his loving and kind-hearted nature! I LOVE this face and his sweet little three!

Mohonk Retreat

I was fortunate to spend the weekend at Mohonk Mountain House for a PWOC Retreat! It is a beautiful Victorian Castle. A perfect getaway to renew your spirit and reconnect with God. We had a wonderful speaker, Jennifer Degler who lead us through her workshop on Creating a Life You Love and No More Christian Nice Girl. We also had plenty of free time to relax and enjoy our lovely surroundings too. I spent most of my free time at the spa, which was a real treat! I am so very blessed and have so much to be thankful in my life.

I was supposed to room with my bestie, Brooke, but her Granny B passed away and she wasn't able to go to the retreat. I was so sad that we were not able to spend the weekend together. But, I am so thankful that Renee was able to join me and be my roomie for the weekend! I love how much you really learn about someone after spending the weekend with them. God brought Renee and I together that weekend for a reason. I know that now beyond a shadow of a doubt. Thank you Lord for putting so many wonderful friends in my life.
