Rock and Roll Forever...

was the theme for the West Point Elementary Spring Concert! The Kindergartners performed Rockin' Robin & Chantilly Lace! They were all so cute singing on stage!

Happy Mother's Day!

The kids treated me on Mother's Day with lovely cards that they handmade. John made this sweet card at school...

I LOVE it! He also gave me a Marigold which we planted in front of the house.

Katie made me this card at school. This is a picture of Katie giving me a purple and green bracelet.

She gave me a Spider plant that we planted out front and made me this flower bouquet.

Luke made this handprint flower for me! So sweet!

I am truly blessed to have 3 wonderful children! I love you...Katie, John & Luke!!!

Picture Day!

The kids got their pictures taken today! It is always hard to get 3 kids to look at the camera and smile at the same time, but I am very happy with the pictures we ended up with today! Aren't they adorable!

Musical Theater

John took Musical Theater this year and they did a little performance for their last class! The performance was inspired by the Musical Cats. John got his face painted like a cat! He was really excited to have some "boy make-up" as he called it!

As you can see he really gets into performing for the audience! And he LOVES using the hats for props! My little STAR performer!

Hair Cut!

Katie has been wanting to get her hair cut short for a while now. I told her she had to wait until after her dance recital. So today, she got it cut! She looks adorable as you can see! Although, I am going to miss those ponytails! Katie was SO EXCITED and SHE LOVES IT!

Gone Fishin'

Donnie leaves for ILE next week, so he asked the kids what they wanted to do this weekend. They all wanted to go fishing! We went out to Round Pond.

Luke liked to pick up sticks and throw them in the water!

Ohh! John got a big bite! But, then it got away!

We didn't catch any fish this evening, but Donnie took Katie & John back the next morning and they caught 5! The kids were VERY excited!

Dance Recital

Katie had her dance recital today! She looked so much older all dressed up in her costume with make-up on! She was super excited! I can't believe how fast my "little girl" is growing up! Here are Katie & John before the dance recital!
